Our Story

Founded in 2013 by Aaron Cash, FELCO began as a sole trader business under the name Finish Electrical Ltd.

Aaron, having worked alongside his father in the industry, decided to branch out on his own and build a company that prioritised quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

By 2015, the business had expanded into a limited company, and by 2018, Finish Electrical Ltd had grown into a team of 10 skilled electricians. As our focus sharpened on commercial maintenance, compliance, installations, and reactive repairs, we rebranded as FELCO in 2025 to better reflect our evolving identity.

Today, FELCO is known for delivering efficient, dependable services that help businesses, property managers, and FM companies keep their buildings safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

Aaron founded FELCO in 2013 with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality electrical services that clients can trust. His hands-on approach and attention to detail have been key to FELCO’s success and growth over the years.

Mike Radant

Office Manager and Qualified Supervisor

I’ve been with the company since 2018 and enjoy bringing a creative touch to my work. I’m passionate about videography and used to play bass guitar in a local band, where I also shot our music videos. I’ve been able to apply these skills to create videos for the company, helping us showcase our work in a dynamic way. I also enjoy listening to Tracey spoil a good novel for me! It saves me the time of reading it myself!

Tracey McCarthy-Bush

Account Manager

I’ve been with the company since 2022 and am proud to be part of a great team. I refer to the team as “my boys,” and we work together seamlessly. Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and love getting lost in a good novel. Mike loves hearing about the books I read, though I suspect it’s partly because he’s hoping for spoilers to save himself the trouble of reading them! I’m also passionate about traveling abroad, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures whenever I get the chance.

Daniel Smart

Qualified Electrician

I’ve been with the company since 2016, making me the longest-serving team member. Outside of work, I’m into airsoft and love using my 3D printer to make custom gear for it. I also meet up with Bruce for airsoft sessions. Additionally, I use the printer to create handy things for work when needed.

Bruce Traquair

Qualified Electrician

I’ve been with the company since 2021 and really enjoy my work. Outside of work, I’m into airsoft and often meet up with Dan for some fun on the field. I also enjoy getting out on my motorbike and joining Lewis for rides whenever we can.

Lewis Duval

Qualified Electrician

I’ve been with the company since 2021 and really enjoy the work I do. I’m a family man, married with two kids. When I’m not busy with work or family, I love getting out on my motorbike! It’s my way to relax, explore, and enjoy the open road. I also meet up with Bruce for bike rides whenever we can.

Macauley Jewell

Qualified Electrician

I’ve been with the company since 2024 and enjoy being part of the team. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my son, who keeps me on my toes! I’ve always had a love for cars and enjoy learning about them whenever I can. A fun fact about me, I actually met my partner through a job at the company, which makes my work here even more special.

Aaron Wellington

Electrician - Trainee

I’ve been with the company since 2022 and really enjoy what I do. Outside of work, I’m all about football! I play for my local team, Brixham AFC, and I’m a big Chelsea fan.

Conner Gibson

Electrician - Trainee

I’ve been with the company since 2023 and love what I do. Outside of work, I’ve been doing karate for 12 years and have earned my 2nd dan black belt. It’s been a great way to stay focused and disciplined. I also play the drums, it’s my go-to for relaxing and having fun with music.

Oliver Terry

Electrician - Trainee

I’ve been with the company since 2024 and enjoy combining tech with my work. I have a drone that I use for fun and to capture professional footage for the company when needed.
